God forbid someone has a serious injury! I have had numerous Mri's, exray's, physical therapy, I currently have 2 ortho surgeons that say I need 2 total knee replacements due to my work related injuries. I have waited 3 yrs! an they still refuse to pay to get them fixed, and I had witnesses to my injuries! They did pay for 2 meniscus surgeries but Workers comp would rather pay me timeloss forever then pay for total knees. I can hardly walk! The system is screwed up!

Hi Cindy, I am a workers compensation VICTIM.

I can tell you that workers compensation workers are some of the most vile and evil people, maybe not all of them but I would say 99% 0f them should be FIRED! They are the worst liars on the face of this planet, they will cause you further injury with their BAD FAITH claim administration. My claim file PROVES BEYOND A SHADOW OF DOUBT how corrupt these a/holes really are. I pity any poor soul that gets injured and has to go on workers compensation.

I am so sorry. It takes a certain person to be like the ones I dealt with - nasty, crude, and as you say evil people. And in California there are such low ceilings, that the screwing seems just to be for fun. And they put your medical records on line for other insurance companies to view - illegal. Anything they receive, whether it has to do with the injury or body part is now shared with other insurance companies and lawyers across the country.

It's too bad in a country as civilized as America we can't do anything to change the WC laws. I believe it is partially because anyone of any power is ineligible for WC. All of your hired state officials can't get WC so they are not affected by it. If they were, they would understand what kind of suffering injured worker's and their families face every day!

Ok' all americans this is what you have been sreaming for years that your country is the best in the world with Human Rights and Freedom to live and speak but in the reality you face a worse disaster then any country in Europe where peole do have a rights for treatment when you hurt.

Worker's Compensation has been around for many years originally as an ACT passed to relieve employers from the worry of hefty suits at common law, and of course to relieve Workers themselves of those pesky Constitutional rights that the Founders gave them. Over time of course, that wasnt enough to satisfy the greed and criminality of Corporate America so the Insurers have pretty much infiltrated every aspect of the States systems and bought the Judges. The Constitution is for sale point blank.

workers comp(CARO)as it is known here in missouri,is as crooked and corrupt as a system can become.from the workers comp doctors working for them to the judges. and i lost my job as a correctional officer. and they have jerked me around for 3 years now,still its not settled but they stopped benefits a long time ago.what a sad world we live in.
