She's a good musician [playing music that is, she sucks at making her own, but hey, Elvis never wrote any of his songs either]. Malmsteen being better doesn't make her obsolete despite her retarded attitude, by that logic should I stop listening to At Vance because Malmsteen did the classical/metal shit first? see,she didnt start with the whole classical thing untill the second album.there were a couple little bits here and there but for the most part that first LP was just straight up insane,pounding,rapid-fire,THR­ASH MEYHEM!! for real,you gotta put it in context-the main heavyweights that first album came out and competed for airtime with were reign in blood,master of puppets,among the living,peace sells,all classic metal greatness obviously,but NOTHING like worship me or die.

the speed and ferocity of it was just light years ahead of everything else we were listening to at the time.sure i was familiar with things like destruction,sodom,bathory,whip­lash,the more extreme[for "metal" of the time]end of things,but this was different.it took the "raw" feeling of full-on,uncontrolled speed and presented it in a "clean,big-budget" production.the over-the-top-ness was just SO over the top and outragious that,to most,yeah it was goofy but that kind theatrics is common now.

I checked up on it and I was wrong (i can admit that). Katherine Thomas was born in 1966. so that makes her 9 years older than me (45...46 june 6). Thanks for catching that mistake. When she put this album out in 1990 she was 24-25
