@TokoBali2 I don't know too much about him but he is a friend of Ralph Reed the man debating Hitchens. Jack Abramoff funded a number of Reed's projects using money he had fraudulently obtained. When it was found Abramoff was a criminal, he was sentenced to 5 years prison time.

Hannity said Falwell was profoundly sorry for making the ridiculous and treasonous remarks that the United States deserved to be attacked. Well, making an apology does not excuse a person of his crime. A murderer can be profoundly sorry for his murder, but he still gets punished for his crime. Why is it that the "religious" are given special treatment. Falwell was truly a bigoted, pseudo intellectual charlatan who used religion to get rich. Shamelessly. He should have spent time in jail.
