Thank you Mr. Mumia abu Jamal. You are a brilliant man, and we love you. You can be rest assured that this young black man will resist, and will assist others to organize before I leave this planet. I will pray for you, and if there is a paradise after this life, may the beauty of your soul be welcomed there with open arms. Viva la revolucion, long live Mumia, and long live true justice.

Mumia abu Jamal and Faulkner were people who the (corrupt) police wanted dead. It has been reported that Mumia said, while in hospital, "I shot him."
However, I have mentioned, he had a .38 and the policeman died from a larger caliber gunshot wound. Is it possible, Mumia shot at the officer and missed, after he himself had been shot and the police officer was thought to be attacking him?

My understanding of the events are as follows: Faulkner was a member of a police force which was very corrupt (and himself being maybe the only one unaware of the depth of corruption), and was trying to find out about the corruption. The other police officers wanted him dead.
Faulkner and Mumia were both shot, but the weapon which fired the fatal round at Faulkner was never found (I have heard that he died from a .44 caliber gunshot wound, Mumia's handgun was a .38)...

DID he say Death Row?

i think!!! THEN I AGREE AM 25 WE GOT 2 GO BACK TO OUR HISTORY 2 HAVE TRUE FREEDOM!! WE LOST IN ALOT B.S. THEN 2 REALIZE THE TRUTH

i wouldnt look for this to be one of those cases since mumia is guilty and YOU are the one who is assuming guilt with faulkner.
-
it is not a single case, many have been released from prison and death row after they did time due to proper case opening and DNA testing.
proof of many wrongful convictions.
-
yes yes i did know that, and that is not a fact.
that he killed him, it was never properly proven.
i believe in mumia's ideas more than that of his prosecutors.
the cop died because he was assaulting mumias brother, who else has that cop assaulted?
the police dropped a bomb on the MOVE residence!
im against the prosecutors of free speech, and injustice, and thats where i stand.
all you have to say is, too many people cry 'RACIST!'
and the judge said mumia is guilty, so thats what i'll think.
when I think of how young brothers were movin' where their minds were at in the '60's compares what these young dudes are in the streets doin' now.. I know Huey P,Malcolm,& Martin are rollin' in their graves.
