This is the first roast pork made by me according to the simple method invented by my friend as follows.
( This is for meat of about 2kg )
Dry the skin of the port ( streaky ) completely. Season it with salt and allspice for at least 2 hours. ( don't put allspice on the skin ). Put the meat in the middle of the oven with 200 C fan force for 25 min (with skin facing up). Then turn the meat over for 25 min. Turn it over again for 20 min. Finally put the meat up a bit and bake at 210 C for 10 min.
