2003 was a panic year here in Canada. SARS, the invasion of Afghanistan, Iraq protests, border restrictions, terrorist threats, the fear of America, fear of war, fear of bird flu, fear of fear.

Premiered at the Worldwide Short Film Festival, Toronto, Ontario, 2003.
