Rsrs is a member of the Indigenous Paiwanese of Taiwan. She is outstanding in Indigenous music. She is the voice, the soul of the Paiwanese. She was the first artist to bring the traditional music of Taiwans Indigenous population to the contemporary stage. She has participated in many important International and Domestic Arts Festivals around the world.
