@lorddon1000 bullshit, if you played the dk intro you'd know that the ''playing'' death knight was once a champion of his faction and fell in battle only to be raised by the scourge. Don't get me wrong, the scourge is my favourite faction in game

death knights werent raised agsinst there will, they where paladins and warriors who wanted more power and more glory and became blinded by it , arthas just offered them eternel life and strength but they where controlled, untill they broke free from the lich kings grasp.

@wowhero96bh Death Knights were the original creation of the Warlock Gul'dan. The first Death Knight ever was Teron Gorefiend who is also a boss in black temple. Death Knights were an Orc unit in Warcraft 2.
