~ Just various push-ups you can do.
The Tricep push-up (number 3) are the standard in Wellington conditioning sessions

My wrists aren't in the best condition but I did what I could.

  • Pretty cool. What was the music you played?

    @LazyAvinash

    I seemed to have lost the cd I was using, and can't remember for the life of me what the tracks are.. Sorry!

    will try to have a hunt around

  • He man can you tell me what kind of workouts you do, cause you look like you mostly do pushups cause of the big schoulder tricep muscles?

  • @OneShotKill3r

    I don't really do conditioning at the moment, but I did mainly pushups, squats, pull ups and handstand pushups. Usually did supersets i.e 3x 20 pushups, 20 squats, 5 handstand pushups, no breaks inbetween sets.

  • tri96ai, which one of the forms helps build your chest?

  • I believe the wider arm variations do, but might need to double check with another source
