He man can you tell me what kind of workouts you do, cause you look like you mostly do pushups cause of the big schoulder tricep muscles?

I don't really do conditioning at the moment, but I did mainly pushups, squats, pull ups and handstand pushups. Usually did supersets i.e 3x 20 pushups, 20 squats, 5 handstand pushups, no breaks inbetween sets.
