wowwww! this is so real. Derek has tears in his eyes! aww. but at the same time, Meredith is HUMAN!! i mean, love is fucccking scary, its beautiful but scary. She's scared. I love her. I love them together. He's patient, which is soooo hard to be. I do think that sometimes, even if your scared, you just gotta jump in the deep end when love is right in front of you....but then again, easier said than done.

That's also the Brooke/Lucas break up scene song!!! OTH season 4 was so good. Man i miss the times that is used to be good. Grey's anatomy on the other hand is STILL excellent quality :)

@moonbotbaby If you had the family life she had, if you had the screwed up, fucked over childhood and constant pain she feels, I think you would get it. In some ways, this is Meredith's way of trying to love Derek. She doesn't want him to get close because she doesn't want to taint his perfection. When you've lived life the way she has, you'd understand. Otherwise, I get why you don't and you get mad at her.
