The title is the same but its not stolen. You can't copyright song titles so there are several songs that have same titles.now Granted Tyminski could and probably should have picked a better title but you can't say he stole it.

@EarthOx its not really stolen. "another day another dollar" is just an expression. one that existed long before wynn stewart wrote that song.
