Gale Storm sings the unreleased (on records) "I Just Can't Get Enough of You" written by Gidget songwriter Stanley Styne and multi-talented composer/arranger Buddy Bregman. This rocking number should have been issued. It would have been a big hit!

  • Gale DID release it on one of her own C.D. projects.

  • Well, yes we did release it on a fan club cd, but it was not released to the general public. Dot didn't realize what they had in Gale. There are hours of unreleased material in the vaults. Take a listen to "At Last"...

  • What fun. A reminder of why my childhood crush on Gale Storm is still going strong. I liked the enthusiasm of the guy to Gale's right.

  • She was the best. What a talent!

  • here's a question ron that i havent researched but maybe you know off the top of your head. Rick Nelson is credited with the first MTV (per se), but didn't Gale

do Dark Moon on her show before he started singing?

  • I know Randy Wood did realize from the start how easy Gale was to record. She could literally do any kind of sing (imagine having "Why Do Fools Fall in Love" thrown at you when you're a lyric soprano) and not only do it credibly but make it better than it was. She had perfect pitch and she was very strong minded as an artist. That is, she approached everything with certainty and confidence. She wasn't some flake. She could have enjoyed a much longer recording career.

  • Wow, wow, WOW!!! Is this clip an excerpt from The Gale Storm Show (a.k.a. Oh! Susanna)? In the brief bit at 0:05, you can see a woman putting the record on the turntable who resembles Zasu Pitts, who played second banana to Storm on the show. Being that this musical number was unreleased (thus, composed for the show only), and that RonBaker2003 put up one other Oh! Susanna clip that I know of so far, (Gale lip-synching "Dark Moon"), I'm willing to bet my suspicions are right. I'm overwhelmed!

  • How cool is that!>!>!>! Thanks for posting this!

  • I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this number! Too bad it was never released, I'd by without a second to spare. Maybe the rights are up for sale???

  • Rest in Peace, Miss Storm.

    And thank you!
