@beebodude You haven't been to the site he suggested have you? There is where people make real suits stormtrooper armor. Near replicas of what they used to film the Star Wars movies with. And not that expensive, only a few hundred dollars(which is pretty cheap compared to some other comic-con worthy costumes).

NO NO NO NO!!!!! All wrong M8!! you should do like the halo fans at 405th.com and make some real armour with pre pekura files and fiberglass and coating all done with only 60 dollars. sorry m8 u should really take this moore seroucly!
