Will enroll at Maryland in the fall ... will sit out the 2012 season due to NCAA transfer rules and have three years of eligibility remaining.
As a Freshman (2011 at New Mexico): Played in the final nine games, including eight starts, at safety ... posted 32 tackles, including 17 solo stops, on the season which ranked 10th on the team ... also posted an interception and one pass breakup ... registered a season-high six tackles, including three solos, vs. Sam Houston State (9/24) ... had four tackles, including a season-best four solos, vs. San Diego State (11/5).




At Good Counsel High School: A highly-touted local player ... named 2010 second team all-state and all-Metro honorable mention quarterback by the Washington Post ... also a 2010 All-Gazette and All-Sentinel selection ... lost only four games during his football career, including eight consecutive undefeated seasons before entering high school ... led the Falcons to back-to-back WCAC Championships as a junior and senior ... finished his senior season with 1,338 yards passing and 18 touchdowns ... also had 98 carries for 438 yards and 10 touchdowns ... recorded six games with 100 yards passing or more ... during two playoff games his senior year, he was 21-of-36 passing for 372 yards and six TDs ... as a junior, threw for 1,420 yards and 11 touchdowns to only three interceptions...had over 400 yards rushing and six TDs in his junior season ... finished his career with over 4,500 passing yards, nearly 1,500 yards rushing, 46 passing touchdowns and rushed for 27 TDs ... selected as the starting quarterback for the Crab Bowl and Chesapeake Bowl ... coached by Bob Milloy.
