The cure against these kind of tricks, injustice and discrimination is revolution or independence. The South Sudan case is a good example.
The GOP has the mindset of President Al Bashir of North Sudan, who refused to accept blacks as natural born citizens of Sudan. With GOP mindset, the USA is not a country of freedom and equality.
