Is waterboarding torture? If its torture, is it a crime, even a war crime? If it is, can George Bush, when he returns to private life, and Donald Rumsfeld travel safely in foreign countries? You will be ASTOUNDED at the answer given by Ken Roth, Executive Director of Human Rights Watch and Andy McCarthy, a former federal prosecutor who now writes for the National Review. He is also with the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies, James Goodale, former Vice Chairman of The New York Times, hosts. WNYE/Ch 25 - 3/9/08

  • He not just a war criminal, he's our economic destroyer, and traitor who sold this country to china. And perhaps he's the one who set up the 9/11 event right before his term

  • George Walker Bush, one of the worst villains in history, if not the worst

  • Since we all know by now that concerning the events of 9/11 we all where fed a lie, so that means all that died in Iraq, and Afghanistan and/or those put in camps to be water-boarded is also based on a lie. What should we do to those that actually did the crimes of 9/11?

This point is more to the point of the video, if water-boarding isn't torture then why doesn't the police use the technique here in our country against us? Basically what I heard is, "It isn't torture if we (the US) do it."

  • Is 186 water boardings (KSM) sustained enough to consider it as torture?

  • Debating whether torture is legal, only in america, must be okay cause using white phosphorus, cluster bombs, bombing journalists, napalm, illegal wars, depleted uranium, bombing red cross shelters, sanctions killing one half million children, is okay because the parasites in suits say it is okay.

  • Sustained is that important? Hmm, how long can you hold your breath underwater? Three minutes? OK, fine. Now, how would you define 'sustained' when your head has been underwater at three minutes and forty seconds? Gee, I don't see it as being a sustained condition yet; I'm just holding your head under the water and it doesn't feel sustained to me. . . . I guess the definition of torture really depends on whether you're giving it or getting it.

  • I have seen the photos of death on both sides and children and its not right. Americans are killing for profit not just cause. Now if the Muslims invade a western country then I say sure kill them all but to go to there house and kill and disrupt there way of life only perpetuates the problem. Bust and his boys have started a world war with out end. Bush is a war criminal.

  • Dont bother telling any of this to the sleepwalkers among us. They still look at you askance when you bring up the fact that bu$h co. technically committed war crimes. Not that they'll ever be convicted of course. AmeriKa can do no wrong.

  • I kinda felt bad for Bush.

Everyday when he wakes up and looked at his failed attempt of presidency...all he had to say is...FUCK!
