Sound Environment Fx with PureData

Here is the Sound Environment patch for Pd users,

Explanation about this patch;
I use four noise sound generator.
*one of them is "canli". Some kind of animal or something (birds to my ear),
* "background" (sea to my ear)
others noise sources are my fancy, like chewing, mumble or waffle,
feel free to share your imagination. enjoy !

Hi,

I have downloaded your Pd patch as a .txt and then renamed it as a .pd file but, I can't get running in Pd. Makes me confuse.
