Yes! I was listening waiting to type something in response. Then when I heard the lawsuit, and the reason, was against Bank of America, I was very happy!

Yeah, unfortunately it is the lawyers on the suit that will profit financially, not the screwed over consumers. $78 pales in comparison to the amount that was taken from me and from countless others -- but it is a step in the right direction at least!

I used to work for Bank of America. Fuck em. Fuck all major banks for the matter. I mean, they paid well but I felt like just being on their payroll made me a (financial) sexual predator. Get a credit union. I get charged 5 bucks for an OD fee as opposed to the 35.00 fees most others get.

So I got a letter saying BOA was gonna pay $410 million for overdraft fees from 2001-2011. I don't know how many overdraft fees I had between that period but probably 5-10. Does this mean I will get $175-$300 credited to my bank account?

Fuckers say they can't identify accounts between 2001-2003 though. BS.

so my kids mom, had a FRAUDULENT account opened in her name in 2007 the activity on this account ended up conflicting with her REAL account and freezing it and the funds in it about $900.00 . she tried to open a wachovia account an that got red flagged because of FUC%ennn BANK OF AMERICA luckily we were able to get the money out first!.

please help other then threatoning lawsuits are there pro bono lawyers that will help her gain her LIFE back ? how much would clearing this up cost...

It is not only the politicians but the judiciary that has been bought by the big corporations. We have no chance against these goliaths except to vote with our pocket books.

Take your money our of the big banks and deposit it in a credit union or a small community bank. So this money will get recycled into your community rather than getting siphoned off to pay big bonuses to the bankers. The job you save may be your own!
