@lovinit19791 PCSOs are required to have a basic understanding of the law, and aren't impersonating a police officer. To that they must be knowingly trying to trick you into believing that they are a warrented constable. As for saying "your nicked", PCSOs can use citizens arrest and its quite a londony thing, spose.

I thought it was illegal to impersonate a police officer??? Isnt this what these PCSO's are doing? They wear a similar uniform to confuse you into believing they have more power then you....when they dont, they are just another person....no legal training...wankers :)
