T.G.I. Friday's kicked of the celebrations of 25 years in the UK in a way only Friday's can: By setting a new Guinness World Record for Most People Simultaneously Cocktail Flairing.

In this amazing feat, over 100 world-class professional bartenders from Friday's restaurants across the UK took part.

They set the record with a skilful routine of 101 people flairing in sync, without dropping a bottle, for over two minutes on 28 March 2010 in London's Covent Garden.

T.G.I. Friday's popularised bar flair which is all about creating entertainment and excitement around cocktail making, and they are known for their world-class skills. It was, in fact, T.G.I. Friday's bartenders who trained Tom Cruise how to shake his stuff with the amazing flare tricks that wowed everyone in the iconic film Cocktail.

Check out their skills in the Guinness World Record vid and come and see the Friday's bartenders show off their skills in person. Visit http://www.tgifridays.co.uk or http://www.facebook.com/tgifridaysuk to find your nearest T.G.I. Friday's restaurant.

Hi there, we're sorry for the delay in getting back to you - it seems that Youtube ate our last attempt at replying to you!

Our new bartenders each get a personal trainer who schools them in the art of flair. Visit our Fridoids website for more info onjoining the Fridays family :)
