@Trunkssaiyan123 In v1 (this vid) they were smoke clouds, but it v2 they are visible as a human shaped distortion, similar to all the cloaking devices you see in games nowadays. If you visit the media pages of the obscuritymod website, some of the images there have an obscurity in them.

@planetary109 We have considered this, but it really does hinder things when you cant warn people for being douches. Also, dead chat is a setting within the config I believe, so servers do have the option to disable it.

This mod is so fun playing, although I really hate the armory game mode, humans NEVER win.

@planetary109 Yeah, we are mainly focussing on implementing and improving the squad features at the moment. There are definately imbalances with the other gametypes though, and things we would like to improve if we go back to them.

On entering the server, the player sees an amazing array of weapons and perks. Loading himself up for bear, he skips the Help section and enters the game full of excitement. First thing he sees is a group of soldiers going crazy shooting and dieing. Instantly his mind says FreeForAll and he begins annihilating his teammates. Admin hear the cry, TKer kick the TKer. "Noob! the enemy is invisible.." an Obs player is born.

One thing you guys should disable is being able to type while dead so the human's teammates can't say if they've been possessed.
