I understood about.. 70 percent of what you said as I have learned through anime and jdrama, and by my own ;)

I have never been in a city so I haven't seen an Internet café, but I would like to see one. (I live in a town with around 2000 people)

Wow, that was kinda なつかしい　for me (sorry, I don't know many kanji so I write everything in hiragana). I remember when I lived in Japan and the internet cafe I frequented is exactly as you describe, with your own little private section (with waterproof keypad cover-?) Thanks for the blog!
