Sxsw 2004 Filmfest Intro (Blender 3D, Flash, Premiere)

This was an intro I did for SXSW (South-by-southwest) Film Festival in 2004. This played on a full sized movie screen as the introduction to the 2004 Film fest awards ceremony. Music was a track I had previously done under the moniker, Poohdro, the track fit the film well. Unexpectedly saw it on Fox7 the next morning while having my morning coffee.

I later used some of the clips resequenced into the DJ Shadow contest I did, which is posted on YouTube as well.

Blender...version...somewhere around 2.0 don't quite remember were used for the modeling, animation, and rendering, flash was used to make the number countdown and the text on the movie screen which was just a .swf converted to .avi that was skinned onto a plane in blender. Sequenced with either Premiere or Final Cut Pro...been awhile, and was using both for various projects. Track was recorded in Cubase.
