It is similar but by no means identical. And even if it is she (or the one who wrote it) made a whole new song out of it. Should you discard a new possible interpretation only because someone else made something similar? We would lose out on many very good songs because actually most songs are made by the same principle. The human ear prefers certain sounds and melodies. This "Fanboy-ism" is actually nothing else then (a totally human) attempt on defining one self by rejection someone else.
