TRAPPED a Jonas Brothers love story chapter 1

Here goes nothing! I'm finally starting TRAPPED. I couldn't wait any longer... hehe

Kaylas P.O.V.
I turned around the corner of the dark hallway, and entered a darker room. I was running; from what I wasnt so sure. All I knew is that it was bad. I had thought it was my boyfriend; it looked and acted like my boyfriend, but then I got a paper cut. He sort of went nuts, I guess. I had to get away from here. I think I knew what he was, but it couldnt be true- this wasnt a horror film, this was real life. Then again, my life seemed to get more and more like a horror film every day. The smell of rotting flesh came from a closet. It disgusted me, but Tom was coming, and I needed to hide. If he was what I thought he was, hed be impossible to fight off; impossible to run from. Hed also have an amazing sense of smell, so the closet would be perfect. I ignored the smell, though it made me gag, and I hid behind the butchered meat in his closet. If he wasnt what I thought he was, then Id need to call up a mental hospital. If he was, Id need to check in myself.
I heard a sound that was more like a cat stalking than someone walking, but I guess if Tom really was a monster, then I should get used to it. He hissed, as he sniffed and smelled nothing. Then, as I watched through a knothole, he jumped. From the window. I wanted to scream, but I knew if I did hed come back. I came out of the closet and took a deep breath. Then, I screamed, as I saw a shadow above where I was kneeling. Tom was back. There was nowhere to run, and it was too late to hide.
I know what you are, I spoke, my voice shaky. He cocked his head, amused.
Is that so? he drawled, his voice smooth as honey. I had always known he was gorgeous, of course, but I had never put it together with how pale he was, and his eyes, and everything else like I did now. Say it. Out loud.
Vampire, My voice didnt shake anymore. I was pissed now. He hadnt even said anything, and I had trusted him. I wanted him to suffer just as I had when I was running from him. But he just laughed. Suddenly, there was a burning from my wrist. Hed bit me. I screamed in agony. Fueled by my anger, I found the strength through the pain to stand. Toms face read outright shock, and actual fear. I glared at him- a glare that had sent normal human beings sprinting the other direction. He took a step back. The burning spread, but I ignored it. There was no way I could live through that kind of pain, I knew, but I wanted to- I NEEDED to- see him suffer as I did, as I was now. There was bloodlust in my eyes, and Im sure Tom recognized it, because his fear grew.
Kayla, dont be hasty. If you know what I am, you also know that I can kill you right now, he pleaded. I laughed bitterly and shook my head. I smiled evilly.
I dont think so. I swung my arm back and punched him in the jaw with all my strength. To both of our surprise, his head snapped to the side and he fell. His mouth was bloody. I actually hurt him. Though my own strength scared me, I loved watching him hurt. Now he laughed again.
Its too late for you. Youre one of us now, he said, still in pain.
What are you talking about? I snapped acidly.
Youll be a vampire by morning.
I woke up sweating, not for the first time. It was a nightmare, but also a reenactment. This has really happened to me.
I, Kayla Dark, am a vampire.
