Dang..all of those trumpet solos sucked. lol There is just no other way to put it. Who ever thought this was "amazing" needs to get slapped lol. BTW..I'm a trumpet player..I played this my freshmen year..I played some of those solos..NOT that hard..lol no need for sax solo either..lol dang..well..this sucked:)

ps. about us sucking...i guess that's just an opinion of some obscure trumpet player because that band one first place at capital marching festival in austin texas. and straight ones at UIL.

with all do respect, maybe you only got straight ones at UIL and placed first at the marching festival bcuz a school before you marched this in earlier years. That school holds 2 state titles till this day and the only one to hold state titles in the RGV. UIL saw this show and allllll of this drill before. But in all, great show and congratulations on all your bands accomplishments.

I marched Santa Clara Vanguard in 1994 and this was nearly a carbon copy of our show. Decent job on the trumpet soli--we worked on that thing for months to get the entire section to play it perfectly together. Did you guys buy the show from SCV? I ask because some of the music sections sounded exactly like our show, including changes that were made late in the season, and thus, not part of the original music.

Wow awesome the trumpet at the end somewhat sounded like Flight of the Bumblebees. GREAT :P

We played the same movements.

Great percussion break on movement two!!!
