  • lolol a community college with a choir? I've seen everything now.

    Nicely done though

  • @ERommel8 I think thats actually pretty common...at least in a lot of Florida CC's i know of

  • I'm not. It's one of my favorite songs and i've wanted to do it in a choir for a long time. I saw another choir do it back in high school and fell in love with it.

  • oh ok.

Yeah its a really fun song

  • It is called Baba Yetu, of course. It's a swahili rendition of the Lord's Prayer.

  • k thanks, where you in this choir???

  • hahahaha!! i can't believe i'm seeing this! this was my freshman year of choir. i miss this song it was one of my favorites :)

  • claps! nicely done.

  • For those that are curious, the song is from a video game, Civilization IV. It's by Christopher Tin, and it's won a Grammy for 'Best Instrumental Arrangement Accompanying Vocalist[s]'. It was originally performed with the Soweto Gospel Choir.

  • This version is quite good, yet it would never compare to the original.
