I sent my console in with a 3 red lights error. Now mind you my console had never been modded at all. I got it back from microsoft with this christmas light shit. They determined my console had been tampered with so they didnt fix it and took it a step further and jacked the software rendering my xbox more useless than their support team. Basically microsoft is sick of fixing their mistakes with a shitty product so now they can just fuck your shit up send it back to you like this.

I got mine back from Microsoft that why too. I sent over 100 consoles into MS for free repair. About 5 of them have come back unfixed and with this error. I just put the board in the microwave and fry everything. Then swap the board out in a console that doesnt have the warranty void.
It an error with the NAND missing or bad kv.bin file. you can jtag it to fix it

That means you have the wrong key vault. You reflash the first sectors of your nand with you original key vault. If you dont have it, you're fucked.
