@helljumpr5150 That's good for the occupation of enemies but the Westerners are doing a good job of mass producing really dumb people that can't think for themselves even without burning books and schools.

@guv859 they often arranged with established leaders/politicians who would cooperate, granting a degree of devolution (like in france, where southern france was somewhat of an independent state under german hegemony, with vichy as capital, ruled mainly by french politicians)
