  • @MrJoshuaYoYo Yeah of course I've trainsurfed. I'm that "extreme trainsurfer" guy... Doesn't matter.

But... No, images don't move at all, each of em is still! :) that's the illusion I'm talking about. It's your brain, that makes them "move" via interpreting visual signals. That's where the motion comes from, your own visual cortex. Does it seem strange to you? May be cause you only just learned that you have one ;)

  • @misanthropie LOL! Okay, man, whatever you say :) So, you've train-surfed? ;) Yeah, I understand :) I'm an award winning filmmaker, so :) By the way, it's kind of strange how your fighting me about this when the guy I was originally speaking to was criticizing the video; one that you obviously like enough to post a video about. A bit strange. And the fact that the pixels are changing (moving) makes it a movie. The word "movie" comes from images that move :) Do you understand? :)

  • @MrJoshuaYoYo Actually when you break it down to the bottom, there are no movies, it's just pixels changing colors. The movie is in you. Cause it is your recognition, pre-experience and perspective, what makes you see things there and give the flickering an interpretation and even deeper meaning :) Do you understand?

  • @misanthropie Never said it wasn't or was. But that's the exact point: you can't expect a movie to be completely realistic, when it is a movie :) It's not always meant to be. It's called entertainment, I guess :D

  • @MrJoshuaYoYo The web and also movies are tools for communication and inspiration, not to replace real life experience :)

  • @misanthropie Might have been easier to say "imitation". Real lives worth living? You never sit down with your girlfriend or wife and watch a movie? By the way, you're saying that...while searching YouTube...So, it's sort've contradictory.

  • @MrJoshuaYoYo Actually sad. Cause we could make our real lives worth living instead. I like Inception due to its content on memetics. Google what that is!

  • @Ride84XL You know what else is unrealistic? Inception. But most of us still love it. The same goes to this movie. It's called escapism. We watch films to escape from our daily lives.

  • @lov3r1 That's a diesel TGV from hollywood :)

  • where is the whire of powerline???
