On October 27th-28th the Stanford Constitutional Law Center hosted the conference, "The Constitution and the World" which included several panels on the reach of constitutional rights. One of those panels was "Do Treaties or International Law Trump the Constitution?" Click on the video link to watch the panel which featured the Hon. John M.
