I am writing to you to thank you for all the help and support you have given me in purchasing my new Captain’s Bed and mattress. I had special needs due to injuries resulting in my being unable to walk and that also make standing hard. I can use only my left leg and that has a ruptured quad tendon causing the knee to be extremely weak and liable to give way easily.

Vagelis, a representative from Gothic, personally traveled to my house, discussed my specifications for a custom made piece, negotiated a mutually agreeable price, and took all the requisite measurements for my project. Vagelis remained in contact with me throughout the entire fabrication process and sent images of the furniture piece I ordered as it was in the workshop.

I recently purchased a fold-away table and chair set; it was delivered on a Monday but was damaged (I didn't notice until after the delivery men had left).  Gothic assured me they would replace the item a few days later; on Saturday they delivered another set which I inspected while the delivery man waited. He was very nice and when I mentioned concern about improperly installed screws, he replaced them.

I love their stuff! My only suggestion would be to keep all of your receipts. Once I wanted to order another piece to match what I already had. Sadly they dont keep the records and I for sure didnt remember what color the finish was.

I have dealt with Gothic many times and I have always been very satisfied. Their furniture is great sturdy wood. You pick your style then pick the finish. Each piece is made to order. Once they sent me the wrong finish and they took it back without complaint and exchanged it.
