Door County Sunset sped up 15x

A full solar disk sunset, as seen from Sunset Beach, in Fish Creek, Door County, Wisconsin. August 10, 2007. This has been digitally sped up 15x, so what had been about 7.5 minutes of video takes about 30 seconds. Note the boat "speeding" by at around :23.

This is a little above 45° N Latitude, thus the sun goes down south-to-north as seen here.  I was surprised the first time I filmed a sunset here; I had always presumed the sun set "straight down," and the lateral motion is not really perceivable in real time if you're just watching.

Maybe before sunrise at the full moon, you can

video moonset,

here in the Philippines it goes down vertically

pretty quickly turning deep orange,
