If I had been the referee, there would have been fewer verbal warnings, less engaging in arguments with the fencers, and more cards!!
I really don't get why the ref puts up with this behavior.

@Copyleftered They do it to try to sway the ref their way. In theory, the ref thinks that since they are so happy and shouting they must have gotten the point.

I thought Pina should have gotten a red card like Montano said. He was blatantly disregarding the refs instructions, multiple times.

while they were both being extremely inappropriate, montanos original yellow card came when he stopped the touch after he missed pina at the end of the strip. later when he we flipping out the ref gave finally carded him for being inappropriate and since pina was doing it too he also got carded. but montano didnt get a straight red card for acting like that, he already had a yellow for something he had done previously
