Forgetting

(NOTE: My mom passed away on June 15, 2011 at the age of 91 from complications of dementia.) This video is about the elderly and dementia/Alzheimer's. It's also my first upload using original footage. I filmed this in Summer 2008 with my (then) 88 year old mother. She's now 90.

I went threw the same thing back in 1990 with my grandmother, and it was a very hard thing to go threw. I have to give it to you this documentation is AMAZING! Great film! I liked very much your collages, but this is special, it is all yours! Your old woman is very expressive!!! And the way she behaves, as she was seeing everything, every time, for the first time, is great, you know what I mean? The song fits perfectly! You have your own sight about the common things of life and a critical sense of humor, in my opinion! And a kinda weird way to greet new friends...lol...love it!
