At 3:18, you can clearly see that the folded part of the paper is not creased, it is just bent arround the crease. In order to officially call it a fold, it must be creased, and not bent arround a crease. You can only crease it 7 times, after that, each fold is not creased, it is bent arround the crease. Therefore, this myth is not busted.

@MrTrisonik We can travel to other earth-like planets and harvest wood.

@88onetreehill88 That's cheating.
-
1:05 He tried to throw himself on an air pocket and basically just fell right on the ground.

@lazy4295 If you've watched the Mythbuster Episode, the myth is actually "You cannot fold a piece of paper more than seven times", or something to that extent :) Check it out on Wiki :)

Ok, now 8½×11.
None of this 'football sized paper' bullshit.
-
The myth is all wrong! It's supposed to be an A4 paper than is impossible to fold seven times... and that one works too.
-
couldn't they have just put a few small holes in the sides of the paper to let the air out...
I would love to do that redhead
