  • Hi, thank you for the feedback. I enjoy the project and the blog.

    My panels point North (living in Australia). There is a different angle for winter and summer. I sacrifice the summer because there is heaps of solar and my batteries charge quickly. I have set the panel to 35 degrees. I was told the angle by a solar installer for the area. Many houses have the panels installed on the roof and ignore the magic angle. Cheers Paul

  • I'm loving this video diary of yours! Just wondering what orientation the solar panels are set to? I want to move out of Melbourne and do this at some point and your experiments are really inspiring!
