@jattatheart111 Bro Chill, That guy is not entirely a sikh, He's not even wearing a turban! Which kind of makes the message universal as they are not trying to focus on Sikhs..

@MircoIan right which is why they show a sikh family and not a hindu family. i know more hindu women abused than sikh woman, but they show a sikh male doing the abuse....oh yeah and i was born yesterday.

@jattatheart111 I think this is not primarily what this movie is about. Men abusing their wifes happens in every culture and it does not matter what kind of women it is. No one deserves to be abused! Men should get down from their high horses and realize women are just as capable of working and having a carrier. AND not only women can be "skanks".

If there is no dignity there is no heaven people, the film has no sense.only thing to see is Preity Zinta.

right a hindu filmaker talking shit and discrediting sikhs, making sikh men look like villians and losers. Typical hindu propaganda. Hey how many hindu women get abused for not bringing dowry or for being bitches. I can name at least 10 that i personally know. I even know of sikh women married to hindus that are abused day in and day out. Why arent you hindus making film about that shit. BTW sikh men may take it out on their women, when they realize they have married skanks.
