Doing it in style. C130K Hercules carrying out a standard combat zone approach and landing.This is known as the 'Khe Sahn' appriach and was developed by the USAF during the Vietnam War. Still used today.

  • Its actually a Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF) Herc, filmed in NZ.

  • Definately not an RAAF C-130H , ours are not gloss painted for one & nor do they have the blue/grey on green

  • great skill... seems a maneuver passed on amongst commonwealth pilots
