Solving the boundary integral equations for Stokes flow to model a swimming C. Elegans. This thin body makes for a rather better swimmer than its fat counterpart (see other video). Red indicates regions of compression, blue indicates stretching.

  • Cool. But don't know how is it simulated. Did you consider the role of nervous system of the worm? Would like to know more of your work.
