@KatiushaVN4 - oh you don't have to leave the walls bare metal, can insulate them with whatever.

good use for containers, careful about using things like mobile phones inside what is essentailly a Faraday Cage though, it makes the bad effects of those worse.
if they are partially buried then also more secure from winds storms.
also useful for compost loo tanks! bury them, take some of the top off and add eg loft ladders & door (safer than a hatch...), means a safer more accesible tank area for the waste storage to be built into. ie way less chance it'd cave in from above etc.
