I really wish the government was capable of that kind of rational process... but it isn't. Our government lives for bureaucracy. I also like how if your not for government healthcare your an evil SOB, but what I don't understand is if you (generalized you not you) don't want the government dictating what you do in your own home or what gods you pray to, why on earth would you let them decide if you "really need" emergency spinal cord surgery so you don't become a paraplegic.
