Portraying the jive character he was known for at the time, Gerald Lloyd 'Kookie' Kookston, III on ABC-TV"s '77 Sunset Strip', he narrates his version of 'The Night Before Christmas'. 'Yulesville' was also included on a rare Warner Bros. holiday LP that showcased Christmas tunes by the then popular Warner Bros. TV stars such as Connie Stevens, Robert Conrad and Efrem Zimbalist, Jr.
In 1962 on a small Denver, Colorado label, the tune would be covered and re-worked by Tony Rodelle Larson and re-titled 'Cool Yule'.
