Anti-Racist Action vs. Matt Hale

Anti-Racist Action (ARA) succeeds in shutting down a racist/fascist/Neo-Nazi meeting organized by Matt Hale and the World Church of the Creator in the basement of the Peoria Public Library. While cops are dealing with protesters on the street, a violent chair-throwing melee erupts in the basement between Hale's racist thugs and protesters.

ARA are thug trash, the notion that these WCC actually are a threat is absurd. There is nothing rebellious about attacking and disrupting a meeting when the cops are on your side.

Eh, I don't particularly like white supremists and these neo-nazi groups but this idea of violently kicking in the doors of meetings, shouting them down, engaging in melee with them makes me uneasy. You don't fight fascism against race with fascism against free speech. I don't like what these guys, Westboro Baptist Church, and the like have to say - makes me angry as I am mixed race - but this cheering on the silencing of unpopular opinion leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
