I doubt people will listen to Kuchinich, then again most Americans probably don't even know who he is. I realize now I've seen this before, love how Dennis fights back; not letting a guy answer is bad debate tactics if you want to learn something from it, but if you want to spread your message it it's very effective as Fox shows in both cases.

I put too much faith in the internet (which shows Americans what life is like in Europe and vice versa) to help solve this for the younger generations.

@unassumption yes i agree but every time a canadian is on the internet and a discussion comes up over health care the republcans cite Dr. Grazer who is laughed at in canada as he was trying to open for profit clinics and erode our health care! Kuchinich is calling him out! and the look on his face tells you he know what every canadian knows he's lying!

@unassumption he was totally disgraced by canadian media, but the intention wasn't the truth at that time the republicans where putting a full press on fox news to stop the public option they knew it was lies but they also knew it would take a while to flush him out! they accomplish what they wanted with him and others making americans think that we had death pannels and all other kinds of bullshit!

@unassumption cont:., lets say 'Top-Up' would be normal for most people, not saying..mm, the odd few, but would give some people back the argument?..disillusioned and dysfunktional the opportunity to ..decide to be responsible..for their 'own lives'..and the realisation and hope that 'healthcare' is the responsibility of 'all of us.' we do care..by simply remembering to put that 'bblinggg..' on your "healthcard" each week, why? do I need a government? to do that for me..? @unassumption cont.., the technology is all in place, why not use it? we have so many plastic cards to re-mortgage our lives..credit facilities to buy every consumer product on the market , yet all these problems with national health care? how is it we cannot re-invent a system based on balance..if only to continue the need for major nationalised healthcare in all countries, not private healthcare insurance, 'Public Healthcare' to ensure our lives are free from disease etc..basic essentials.

@unassumption ..if everybody had a National Health swipe card, registered to national health contributions and was asked to pay at least a minimum "Top Up" each week (which is way less than private health care) which is produced for the receptionist at your clinic to 'swipe' (rather like pre-payments for so many other commodities ie: gas electric) which ensures the minimum has been payed for essentials, painkillers, contraceptives..would stop so much of this need for futher argument.
