Yea but you can decide on your own, Geralt don't need to be stupid killer, if u save him uwill see his monologue " Not all monsters deserve to die". Its like in book, he meeted cursed guy but he didnt killed him.

I didn't kill him,just like I didn't kill the vampire prostitutes.After all,Geralt's war against Salamandra and the killing sprees are the very proof that there are many monsters in human bodies,monsters who deserve to die.And if that's so,who's to say there aren't humans in moster bodies?Who deserve life?

If you don't kill Vincent,he helps you against Salamandra in an inn,after he warns you about the ambush and offers you to escape-you stay,and he chooses to risk his life for you

I always save the vampires because they didn't actually kill anyone, so didn't deserve to die in my eyes. They were co-existing. And I don't kill the werewolf either because he can be saved.

Precisely. I killed the vampire prostitutes because they were actual monsters - the Werewolf guy could still be saved and cured of his affliction. The hardest part is knowing that, though he is good - and doing a great deal of good - right now, he will lose his humanity and you'll end up having to kill him in the end if the curse is not removed.
