Thundercracker was rebuilt by the planet-consuming Unicron to Scourge. Scourge is the leader of the Sweeps army. He's introduced in Transformers: The Movie and very prominently present in season 3.

The Scourge figure is typical for a season 3 product: the design doesn't have many details compared to Diaclone or Microman figures, but it uses thick, high-quality plastic and very original transformations. The Scourge figure looks great in his hovercraft mode and really does his cartoon counterpart justice. The same can be said about his robot mode. His head sculpt is fantastic and he's got a good overall look. His arms can bend at the elbows. His iconic looks make him a very worthwhile Transformer. I've got Scourge with his box, gun and manual. The booster on top of his head can be taken off.

  • Scouge and the rest of the Sweep looked Asian especialy with the Fu-Man Chu moustache they had.

  • @360whiplash Wreck-Gar was Asian as well.

  • i had no idea that there were quinteson figures made ! ive always wonderd why there werent any made , until now that i seen yours...where can i obtain one or mabey a couple? i thank you in advance for any info on this subject....and did they ever make a spike figure, besides the one that turned into metroplexes head?...

  • These Quintesson figures were made in the last couple of years by a 3rd party company that decided to make all Quintessons. They are not official products. The only exception is Sharkticon Gnaw, which really was produced as an 80's figure.

  • this toy has one of the better transformation for G1... very well built... i wish it had projectiles that can shoot...

    great video dude.

  • Yup, it's very nice to have. I wanted this figure during the 80's but he was beyond my budget :P
