Creating Force Lightning in Adobe After Effects

In this tutorial I'll show you how you can create realistic looking (as far as this is applicable to something like this) Force Lightning in Adobe After Effects CS3.

It's really easy to make and doesn't take long at all.

I use CS3 and i cant find "Mode" anyless "Screen" but does that effect anything?
