Personal trainer, Diane Williams is on a personal quest to find peace with her body and Self. Having a lifelong struggle with food addiction and her weight she has an unusual perspective with dieting and fitness in this phase of her life. She discovers through her personal experience on The Warrior Diet and the athletic skill of Kettlebell Training that the standard dieting and fitness methods that have been accepted by the mainstream may very well be one of the major reasons why obesity and self-loathing are prevalent in Western Society.
