I went to the 22nd annual kokanee salmon festival at the Taylor Creek visitor's center, learned a lot about the life cycle of these Sockeye salmon relatives in Lake Tahoe and got this awesome footage of the fish in our unique stream profile chamber where you can see the fish spawn in their natural environment and still have an aquarium-style view.

  • How informative. Made me hungry! Is it awful to say I love smoked salmon?

  • @Videoetry I grew up fishing in Lake Tahoe, and I'll tell you our salmon are awesome smoked and dried.

  • Very nice camera work. I see you used a tripod and see how much better the light looks when you and your guest were shot with defused light or shade light and the sound was better. Good job.

  • @photobart1 I do better and worse with time, cloudy days and non-urbanized settings are easier.
